Delivery.
Delivery is free for all orders over £250. For orders under £250, delivery is £4.99.
We aim to deliver all items from 3-5 working days. If items are out of stock delivery may take longer. Delivery is to the UK only. If delivery is required outside of the UK, please get in touch.

Goods can sometimes be someday dispatched if stock is in our own warehouse. Please get in touch if you require a specific delivery.

Larger items are often delivered by pallet network to your chosen mainland UK destination. Your order will be delivered by a tail lift lorry. The pallet can be wheeled to your desired location if the access is flat. If there is gravel, grass or an uneven surface the pallet will be left kerbside. The driver will not drive onto your property.

Please make sure someone is available to accept and sign for the delivery unless delivery instructions have been left in the notes section when placing your order. Aborted deliveries are chargeable.

Outdoor Kitchen deliveries will vary between 2-6 weeks. We will be in contact when an order is placed.

Returns
Returns
We aim to supply goods in excellent condition. We will repair or replace any item found defective or damaged before or during delivery. If after receiving the goods you change your mind, and the goods are still in a sale-able condition (i.e., how you received them) then you have up to 14 days to return them to us. Please notify us by email to hello@burtonliving.co.uk that you shall be returning the goods, detailing the reason why, and then return them with a copy of your delivery note or invoice enclosed. It is your responsibility to return the goods in good condition and the cost of return shall be at the customer’s own cost.
Cancellation

Should you order something from us, and wish to terminate the order soon after, if we have already despatched the goods, you will be liable for any charges that we incur as a result of your cancellation. If there are any errors with our online pricing, we are within our rights to cancel / amend the order. A full refund of the goods will be offered.
